We offer a 24-hour refund period from the time of purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you must contact us within 24 hours at info@ascend.is to request a full refund. Refunds will not be granted under any circumstances after this 24-hour window. If you encounter technical issues, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve them, but this does not extend the refund period.
